The Perfect Winter Lipstick

Here on the East coast the weather has taken a nose dive into freezing cold weather and has snowed twice this month and my car currently is a block of ice. (╯▅╰) We all know this means chapped lips and dry skin. I had purchased the Saem Half and Half Lipstick after thinking it would be great to do an easy gradient lip and not have to carry around two lip products. I purchased the lipstick here for $8.48 for 3.5 g of product. I loved the half and half color correcting stick, let’s see how the lipstick preformed…

This product comes in four different shades and I purchased the shade #02 Want You and it consists of a barbie pink glossy side and a candy red side. With this product you can wear each shade by themselves or you can mix them together. The lipstick comes in a plastic bullet and each side of the lipstick is tapered for easy application. The colors are very complimenting and the application of the two different colors is very easy. The lipstick smells AMAZING, just like candy I had to resist trying to eat it. This color combo isn’t the best for doing a gradient lip because the colors are too similar. The longevity of these isn’t the best, but I do not mind reapplying because they feel like putting on another layer of lip balm. Both sides or the lipstick are very moisturizing and comfortable on my lips.

FINAL THOUGHTS: 4/5 I really enjoy this lipstick for the options it gives with one product. It is moisturizing and smells scrumptious. The only reason I took off a point is for longevity, this product is like if you mixed a lip balm and a lipstick together and is great for the dry winter air.
